First, congratulations on understanding who you truly are. Figuring that out must be liberating. That's the first step.

Second, I can imagine that you're in a difficult position. It doesn't sounds nice. I think you'd benefit to talk to people who have been in similar positions. Here's some things I found. Transunite have a list of support agencies on a local and national level so you can find what's available in your area. www.transunite.co.uk. Here's also a list of support groups through the country. www.allabouttrans.org.uk/support-organisations. They range from direct support to group support.

What I feel is you need to hear from others who have been in a similar situation, many of these groups run online and face-to-face peer-support groups where you can sit back and listen to what others have to say. There might a a few people on here who have similar experience and hopefully they can help too.
