I work for the NHS and I’m set to lose my job and my home as there’s no way I will be able to sustain it. Is there anybody else on here who fears the same . I will not have the jab as I’m not part of an experiment and I won’t be drawn into it either as fear will not push me into having a jab that I’m against.
I worked right through this all and felt many times close to a break down and this is how we are treated. What are other peoples thoughts and plans to cope with the changes this and all other countries are about to have imposed up on us .

Hi brummie16, I'm sorry to hear that your mental health is suffering and that you're clearly under a lot of stress. Coronavirus has placed many stresses on so many of us, especially those within the healthcare system who have given so much. I know there have been times during the past 18 months where I have thought I might not be able to cope as well. Do you have a trusted person who is helping you through this like a partner or a friend? If you need to talk to someone, then there are lots of great helplines and chat services out there for our community that you might find useful. Here you'll find a link to our "get help" section which contains links to some fabulous organisations in the UK for queer people: www.lgbthero.org.uk/find-support. Your wellbeing matters and sometimes it can really help to reach out and ask for support. As an organisation committed to the health and wellbeing of our community, we feel we must re-state for other people who read this thread that all the vaccines currently available in the UK have been thoroughly tested, and are safe for use. Tens of millions of people have received at least two doses of the Pfizer, AstraZenica, or Moderna vaccine and it is vital for the collective health of ourselves, and vulnerable people that as many people as possible get vaccinated, and receive booster jabs as soon as they're invited.

For me I refuse the jab under section 8 and 14 of the European act which protects us against discrimination. I have worked for the NHS for 35 years and we do have a duty of care and we do have to be immunised against hepatitis but there’s a huge difference when it comes down to an experimental jab for a “virus” that hasn’t been isolated and we worked on the frontline in an environment that nobody would ever want to work in.
When your told that the mask the gloves the apron is enough when did it stop being enough and now after what we went through we are having our human rights violated and discriminated against .
This will not take the pressure off the NHS it will break it as the poor staffing levels impacts on healthcare. The loss of 60k carers means there will be a loss of nursing and carr homes so bed blocking in hospitals means more lives lost.
