Safe spaces - what do they mean to you?

Hello guys, I'm a gay woman and work as GM for a queer pub in Clerkenwell Last night I have received a Notice for Bullying and Sexual Harassment after me firing the boyfriend of one the supervisors days ago for bad attitude and laziness and later giving a notice to the gf which is one the 2 supervisor at the pub for the same reason and malicious gossip. Receiving that email kept me awake all night till now and gave me serious diarrhea after reading that text as didn't expected it. The OM has never liked me bc after a month that i have start working for the company (Sep 2019) i start earning more than her and since then she has made my life very difficult during work.

I have talked to pretty much all the staff about the situation and all their answers back to me are: "they have never seen me bullying anyone, sexual harassment customers or staff" as I have been accused for on the notice. I have it all on WhatsApp messages. A second supervisor and the person who supposed to be sexual harrassed by me are writing an official letter to the owner to declare that they have never seen me bullying or sexual harassment customers to themselves or staff and sending a copy to me for evidence.

The OM declares on that notice to possess "anonymous statements" from the staff and customers, which I would like certainly to see. But the funny part in here is that the OM knowing the background and the malicious gossip of this person, is by their side and prefers to believe them to have an excuse to kick me out. And even funnier that the pub that sells itself as a "safe place open for any type or person, gender and sexuality" is bullying their own GM with false accusations and without even open an investigation before sending me a notice that already has destroyed my career, my life, reputation and I even think I have to leave the country cos news like this are gonna spread fast in the the community.

I have a meeting on Tuesday 14th at 3pm at the pub to talk about this notice, I'm allowed to bring people with me for support.
I would like some legal advice to manage this situation as I will be by myself and my camera to record everything for evidence of the bullying I'm receiving.

Any way someone can help? Any one would be so kind to come with me?
