Hi everyone, Following on from mental health awareness week, I am interested in what self-care is working for you that reduces isolation and loneliness.Over the last 12 months I have adopted a daily practice of self-care which includes some light meditation, reading, breathing exercises, walking and listening to relaxing music. I have also started to develop a practice of positive talking out a aloud, saying 5 things in the morning and before bed about what I value (or I am thankful) about myself and my life. I still need to improve on my sleep hygiene! Feel free to let us know what works for you.
