Campaign about sexual violence, assault, abuse and consent

LGBT HERO, the health, equality and rights charity for LGBTQ+ people, is working on a public facing campaign about sexual violence, assault, abuse and consent in the LGBTQ+ community.
As part of that campaign's development, we want to hear from you about your experiences with sexual violence, assault, abuse and consent. Your answers will help inform our work, aid in its development and ensure that what is produced comes from what's really happening in our community. You don't have to provide your real name and you can remain anonymous.
We will also give you the opportunity to get involved in the campaign at the end of the survey. Your voice is important and LGBT HERO values different perspectives and people willing to volunteer their time to make the campaign as impactful as possible.
We realise that this is a painful and difficult subject for many and some language you may find triggering. If you feel like you can't fill out the entire survey that's OK. We also give you the opportunity to skip through sections throughout.
At the end of the survey we will provide you information about further help and support.
