Hello, I'm don't know how I specify myself yet, because I live in small country (Lithuania) in small city, so here the different people still have hard time to be themselves. So since I was around age 13,5 I started get into: female strings, then pantyhose, then all female shoes, then skirts trough first year. In second year I started to like only female clothing/shoes. I mostly wear long boots or flat shoes (the ones that are preferred at summer and in house/work instead of slippers), pantyhose, skirts, jumpers, female pants. For shoes, skirts and pants I like to be Patient Leather, Latex, Leather or something similar to/imitates those. Near age of 16th I decided I wanted have women chest and at least B- and still want. I already visiting psychologist since 2016 December and psychiatrist since 2017 March, so I already fully decided for female chest/boobs and feminizing body via hormones pills or other medication. But now for past 2,5 - 3,5 years I have almost daily fantasies of full gender change when going to sleep for 30 minutes to 4 hours and end up unable to sleep because of it that extra time. Didn't had that much past month or 2 these fantasies. So can someone help decide which way to go fully, you can ask me more questions and such as to get more information to tell your opinion. And I'm still totally into females as soulmates and sexually. I actually want have biological kids and that's stopping me to consider that I'm female not male for real, but actually this year I started remember that storing sperm and artificial insemination is possibility, so. At this moment I already decided to finally feminize my body. Long time ago I heard that trough hormones or something like that you can feminize body and grow women chest. So if that's true can you recommend tablets/pills for that which ones would be not too expensive or cheap and I would be able to buy them in Lithuania? Thank you very much for all the help in advance!

Hi there Sviper,
Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums.
I hear that you've been into wearing feminine clothes and thinking about medically changing your body for a while too. Here in the UK we usually require that someone sees a gender specialist before being prescribed any hormones or receiving surgery. I'm not sure how things work in Lithuania but do you have a gender identity service or any medical route where you can consult a doctor? I would highly advise against buying hormones by yourself and taking them without any kind of medical supervision, but of course, I also understand that you really want to transition physically and that can be an extremely important step toward feeling happier in yourself.
As we're a UK-based charity all I can really suggest is that you seek out information from trans / gender nonconforming people in Lithuania. A quick google from me in the UK is probably going to be far less useful.
What I can suggest is that if possible, seeking out some kind of therapy to help you through any gender dysphoria, if you're experiencing it. Also seeing if there are any charities or organisations in your jurisdiction that support people who want to undergo hormone therapy or gender confirmation surgery.
As for your identity, I know it can be hard not quite being able to understand "what I am". I had the same thoughts and discussion with myself when I was discovering my sexuality. I can't give you the answers to those questions, but it might be worth thinking about why you're looking at having feminising surgeries and want to wear feminine clothing. This could be a sign that you are trans or gender nonconforming, but understanding that properly isn't something someone else can tell you. It is, however, a process which can be aided by an LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist or gender specialist who can help you process and work through some of those feelings and thoughts.
I hope that you've found some of the above helpful and I'm sorry that I can't be of more assistance as we don't really do work internationally. We're here to talk though, and hope that you manage to find a way forward with support.
Justin

Justin You misunderstood me a bit, I already visiting psychologist since 2016 December and psychiatrist since 2017 March, so I already fully decided for female chest/boobs and feminizing body via hormones pills or other medication, I just not fully understand yet which gender would describes me. I will be adding this as well to main topic, because I forgot to mention. I actually want have biological kids and that's stopping me to consider that I'm female not male for real, but actually this year I started remember that storing sperm and artificial insemination is possibility, so. Thank you for first one, but their website says they are located at capital city not Telšiai, so looks like they only welcomes people from Telšiai. Second one doesn't have place to chat like: forum, Discord and etc, so. Edit: so anyone can recommend some kinda hormonic pills or such as?

Hello, I wanted to know how person needs to identify him self (a word like trans... or so on) if he wants change naturally he's appearance from male to female (figure, breasts, face and already only wearing clothes/shoes that still only associated with females), but wants to keep male genital, keep male gender and he's current full name with male end (my country and it's language has male and female ends in all he's names both first and last as well, here some examples: Tom - Males must be Tomas and Female must be Toma, Modest - Males must be Modestas and Females must be Modesta, in other words when people change gender here they must at least change their name ends from as to a and vice versa) on he's ID, have female soulmate only and have biological kids with he's female soulmate even he needs froze some sperm due saying in first line until first "but" word? Thank you advance to help me to learn technical identification of such a person!
