Hello, So I finally decided to do hormone therapy via pills to transform my body into feminine and especially get some kinda natural female breast, but at this point due my careful nature my psychologist suggested me to learn what kinda doctors and medical check ups I need do before I start and especially after I start to maintain my health and see if I don't have any unneeded miss transformation or/and complication before starting to do this, so can someone provide such a information? I and my mind already fully approve of how my body transform and all risks, plus it took 14 years or some months less to finally do this due multiple living conditions (country, super small city, family and relatives was a bit old minded, me being shy and very timid until around 21) I needed to deny that for all this time. Plus in my country is hard to find such a information, because my country is still don't have much of system for gender change and such as. Plus2 my income is small, but finally totally stable, so please consider this as well before answering. Extremely thankful in advance for all help and answers!

Hi sviper, Thanks for posting, I realise it must have taken a lot of courage to post something as personal as this. Your doctor is the best person to contact with regards to this - I would really strongly recommend getting in contact with your GP/family doctor and they can advise you with information and answer any questions you may have. The NHS has gender identity clinics which may be able to provide more information and your GP can refer you to them: www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/how-to-find-an-nhs-gender-identity-clinic/If you would like to access additional support, our website has lots of links that you can access. Maybe talking with someone might help? If you're under 25 you can call Mermaids, which is a charity for young trans and gender nonconforming people (0808 8010 400) or Switchboard which is a helpline for LGBTQ+ people (0300 330 0630). They're both non-judgemental and will gladly listen to what you have to say. Sometimes just having someone to speak to can help us get past some of those trickier moments life throws at us. All the best, S.
