Hi anonimus,
Welcome to the forums!
Sexuality can be complicated and not everyone experiences it the same way. I hear that you're experiencing "something between romantic and admiration" for another girl, and that you're feeling a bit confused at the moment. You're not alone! It's quite common for people to have same-sex crushes, whether they're younger or older, but when you're younger it can sometimes be hard to pull apart those feelings and identify what it is you're feeling. I identify as a gay man but I think I've had similar feelings to what you're describing about people who identify as women.
I wish I could give you definitive answers about what this all means. Yes sometimes people who have these kinds of feelings identify as bisexual, but sometimes they don't. What's important to know is that whatever your thoughts are, and however you're feeling, you don't have to understand them right away and allowed to have time in which you sit with them, and maybe talk about them with another person if you feel comfortable. You don't have to assign yourself a label or identity right away! Having a sexual identity can be really helpful for lots of us, but in the process of exploring our sexuality sometimes it puts pressure on us to say "I am this".
You don't mention whether there's a trusted person in your life you can talk to about this, but maybe speaking to someone whether it's a friend, or counsellor etc would help? Just having a person to hear your thoughts and let you process in real-time can be super helpfu.
You could also try talking to one of the amazing LGBTQ+ support services out there. A great place to call is Switchboard, the LGBTQ+ helpline. They're all super friendly, trained LGBTQ+ volunteers and would gladly chat to you about how you're feeling. You don't even have to call you can use their webchat service: phone 0300 330 0630, webchat: switchboard.lgbt/
Regardless, we're always here if you want to chat as well. Remember there's a whole community out here ready to listen and help.
Take care of yourself
