Just gaging to see what people's views are towards the Hetroflexible definition for sexuality I know its pretty closely linked to Bisexual however my understanding is that there is a spectrum surrounding bisexuality.
Just wondered how people see it myself I know I'm attracted to women but I also have a sexual attraction, curiosity towards engaging in sexual activity with men too so I'm open to experiencing this but know there's no romantic or emotional attraction there.
How do others see the definitions (not to get wrapped up on labels) as I believe in order to fully define and accept your own identity the definitions do open up boundaries & taboos around defining yourself.

Hi there 90schild thanks for your post. It can be a complex time navigating or understanding our own sexuality or how we identify. Sounds like you are on a journey to find out and it's great you are using the forums. From reading your post it sounds like you know what you attracted to and I agree there can be complexities around our own boundaries, taboos's and definitions. From my own lived experience I often struggled how to define my sexuality but the more I met other LGBTQ+ people and various support groups and general support things became easier. There are some resources here that may help too >> www.stonewall.org.uk/list-lgbtq-terms and www.lgbthero.org.uk/pages/category/sexualityI hope this links helps too >> www.lgbthero.org.uk/busting-bisexuality-myths and this link >> www.lgbthero.org.uk/what-is-sexualityAlso, if you need to talk there are a lovely group of people that work at LGBT Switchboard that are great listeners >> switchboard.lgbt/ (It can be daunting to ring someone at first but to reassure everything you speak about is private and confidential and you will be listened to) Hope my reply has helped somewhat.
