Yes, I’m not 100% sure but I think they might have predicted my coming out. I had asked what I thought were discrete questions about adding nonbinary to the gender list on our records on the software they use. Soon after everyone was booked onto Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training, which is probably a fairly standard thing, but it involved a big section on Nonbinary identities, which aren’t recognised officially here in the UK.
