I'm a guy in my 40s married and kids but have started checking guys out and finding I am getting a good feeling from it have also been chat to a guy online that I get on real well with and maybe even have feeling for. I would never had said up to now that I was bi or gay but am starting to question my sexualities and was wondering at what point would you say that you bi does feeling good watching guys in porn make you out to be bi or does it need to be a bit more than that?

I guess you can stop being straight whenever you choose to.
I have always identified as straight. I am questioning myself for the past year... I left my 18year relationship as I really like this woman. I want the option to explore it.
I don't identify as anything anymore and I'm 37. I feel labels are too complicated.

Hi Vikki
Did you find when you were in your teens did you feel like you had any signs that you liked other girls and had feeling for the same sex?

Hi and thanks for your post. Sounds like you are on a journey of self-discovery and are more alert of your sexuality. Glad you have found these LGBT forums. Hope they help. From my own lived experience I found it a confusing time understanding my sexuality until I started to access information, talking privately and confidentially to others (GP, Counsellor) and often being too scared to talk or attend social and support groups, which eventually proved to be very helpful. As long as you feel safe to explore your feelings and understand you are not alone and that there is support out there for you. Hope the information below helps and let us know how you get on. www.lgbthero.org.uk/Pages/Category/sexualityWe also have online social and support groups that may be of interest >> www.lgbthero.org.uk/Pages/Events/Category/upcoming-hangouts (they are friendly and supportive places and even if you don't feel like talking you can just listen and stay as long as you want) www.lgbthero.org.uk/Pages/Category/helplgbtqwww.lgbthero.org.uk/find-supportSwitchboard - 0300 330 0630, 10am-10pm - email chris@switchboard.lgbt - Web text chat here.
