I am a heterosexual male and identify as so but I suspect I have a female psyche, which causes issues for me. I'm comfortable in black clothing and obviously believe it's representative, but could in this sense wear a white cap, perhaps. I have no problem with sex, but I have a problem with initiating/dominating in many aspects, it requires a lot of effort and mostly I fail.
Anyone has some trick for this?

Hello there and thanks for your post. Sounds like you are exploring your identity and style of who you are. Sorry having a female psyche cause issues for you but sounds like you are aware of your sexual identity and exploring aspects that make the whole of you. For some people writing down what issues there are can help and then thinking of ways of to reduce these issues. Sounds like you are exploring your gender fluidity and/or sexual identity and as long as you feel this is healthy and safe for you then this is a good start. Sometimes this may feel like a difficult and confusing time. It certainly was for me when I first was recognising that I was on a journey. What helped me was getting to a confidence point where I could talk in confidence to others, when I was ready to do so. It also sounds like you are trying your best and 'failing' sometimes can be part of any journey from which we learn. I hope the links below help and do stay in touch to let us know how you are getting on.
