It's World Mental Health Awareness Week and here at OutLife we wanted to know, how do you look after your mental health or what does 'good mental health' look like to you?

To me good mental health is knowing it's OK to feel like crap from time to time. Sometimes a good cry can be good for my mental health.

I look after my mental health by making sure I tell my counsellor how I'm feeling and working through my issues with her. I think good mental health looks like being aware of my flaws and accepting those flaws are part of who I am.

I try to take some time to myself away from others who might make me feel anxious.

I might try that too. Just ghost my friends if I feel anxious.
