Accessing NHS Scotland sexual health facilities anonymously

A number of years ago I was able to visit a sexual health health clinic and get tested. I just needed to provide my telephone number.
Recently I tried to get tested but they need to find me on the NHS database so I will have to provide my GP details or NHS number. They say the GP will never see whats on the clinic's database, but I want to remain anonymous (NHS databases has been hacked before). I want to get tested for STIs and get the mpox vaccine. Does anyone know if there is a way of accessing NHS sexual health facilities anonymously? Maybe I could visit England, but do they have the same requirement there?
