RVT Sports Day

Hi everyone,
yesterday we had a fun time at RVT Sports Day and made me think of how much I used to enjoy taking part in sports. Something I may take up again - I am thinking badminton and perhaps snooker. I also really enjoyed the recent World Athletic Championships on the telly because it is exciting and all the dedication these athletes have - not always sure about countries competing against each other though.
Personally my favourite sport at school was rounders but also wanted to play netball but told I was not allowed because I was a boy. We are talking late 70's/early 80's here so I hope there is more choice in schools now?
So what sports to do you either enjoying taking part or watching and why?
