Hi there and thanks for your post. It's important for our mental health and wellbeing to be validated (by others and especially by ourselves) and accept that 'we' are not alone. Talking or writing about how we feel, helps reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation and not be seen. I'm glad you have found a post you can connect with. So welcome to LGBT HERO forums. It's also healthy you have an LGBT counsellor. Hope this is going well for you. Good to hear you are keeping the connection to yourself strong. In my own personal life I managed to navigate my sexuality by talking to others and attending online and in-person groups and then eventually volunteer and work for LGBTQIA+ organisations. Volunteering gave me a way in to understand the wider picture too. Did you know at LGBT HERO we run online social support groups on Zoom called HangOuts - see more >> www.lgbthero.org.uk/Pages/Category/hangoutsIt's also healthy that your husband is NOT giving you ultimatums and is trying to understand. Again thank you for sharing and reaching out. Some links below that may help - but do stay in touch. Wishing you well. www.lgbthero.org.uk/Pages/Events/www.lgbthero.org.uk/pages/category/helplgbtqwww.lgbthero.org.uk/what-is-sexualitywww.lgbthero.org.uk/busting-bisexuality-myths
